Practical Project Management Workshop, February 18

Megan McMillan CMC will run a hands-on and practical project management workshop in Palmerston North on February 18th. It will cover the basics of governance, inclusive planning, budgeting and running a project to tolerances, including risk management and business case justification. It’s for business owners and managers.

This is ideal for business owners, managers and new project managers who want tools and methods to make their projects run smoothly. The half day session will run from 8am – 12noon.
