Members are being asked to vote on the adoption of a new IMCNZ Constitution (2026).

All incorporated societies in New Zealand are required to re-register under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 before April 2026. Adoption of a constitution that meets the statutory requirements is essential for IMCNZ to maintain its legal status and continue operating without interruption.

Documents and joining details have been circulated to all voting members. Please join us on March 5th and submit your vote to ensure compliance certainty, regulatory clarity and institutional continuity.
